magAssist has recently been selected for inclusion in the Fifth Batch of the Suzhou Intellectual Property Strong Enterprise Cultivation Program (Leading Category) and has also been listed in the 2025 Suzhou High-Tech Zone High-Value Patent Cultivation Program (Proposed Project List).
These recognitions reflect the competent authorities’ assessment of the company’s capabilities in core technology innovation, intellectual property creation, and intellectual property management. The acknowledgments are the result of sustained technical focus and collective efforts across the organization.

Public Notice on the Proposed List of Enterprises for the Fifth Batch of the Suzhou Intellectual Property Strong Enterprise Cultivation Program (Growth, Advantage, and Leading Categories)
To further implement the Suzhou Action Plan for the Implementation of the “Eight Major Intellectual Property Initiatives” in Support of New Quality Productive Forces (2024–2026) (Suzhou Government Document No. 60 [2024]), the Suzhou Municipal Government has continued to advance the Intellectual Property Strong Enterprise Cultivation Program.
Under this program, enterprises are cultivated through a tiered system comprising growth-oriented, advantage-oriented, and leading enterprises. Following enterprise applications, local authority review and recommendation, municipal-level review, and credit assessment, the proposed list for the fifth batch of participating enterprises has been released for public consultation.
The public consultation period runs from December 17 to December 23, 2025.

Public Notice on the Proposed Project List for the 2025 Suzhou High-Tech Zone Intellectual Property Plan
In accordance with relevant policy documents, including support measures for high-quality development of intellectual property services, standardization, quality branding, and intellectual property advancement, the Suzhou High-Tech Zone (Huqiu District) Administration for Market Regulation organized the review process for the 2025 Intellectual Property Plan projects.
The review process included document evaluation, on-site assessment, and credit review. The proposed project list is now released for public supervision and feedback.
The public consultation period runs from December 23 to December 29, 2025.
During this period, any organization or individual may submit written objections, accompanied by supporting evidence, to the Suzhou High-Tech Zone (Huqiu District) Administration for Market Regulation. Objections must include verifiable contact information. Anonymous submissions will not be accepted, and the identities of objectors will be handled in accordance with confidentiality requirements.
